NetJets Opens Private Las Vegas Terminal, Offering High-End Access for Poker-High-Roller Travelers
NetJets opens a private terminal at Harry Reid International Airport on Oct. 26, catering to fractional-ownership clients, including high-stakes poker players who frequently travel to Las Vegas for tournaments and cash games.

NetJets, the Berkshire Hathaway-owned fractional-jet company, will open a private terminal at Harry Reid International Airport on Monday, Oct. 26, offering a dedicated facility for its owners that bypasses the main commercial terminals. The 300,000-square-foot campus is designed to serve high-frequency travelers, including high-stakes poker players who frequently visit Las Vegas for tournaments, cash games, and video-poker events.
The terminal, developed in partnership with Signature Aviation, includes a 17,069-square-foot lounge with VIP meeting space, a family room, and a private airside gate. Two hangars and a 250,000-square-foot ramp can stage about 25 jets. One hangar is dedicated to NetJets fleet operations, while the other is operated by Executive Jet Management, a NetJets subsidiary. A 24/7 maintenance shop completes the compound.

Las Vegas has become one of NetJets’ most-requested destinations, with flight activity increasing nearly 45% between 2022 and the end of 2025, totaling almost 8,000 flights. Demand in 2026 is running nearly 30% higher than the same period a year earlier. The surge is driven by premier sporting events, world-class entertainment, and luxury hospitality, but also by the city’s status as a global hub for high-stakes poker. Major tournaments at the World Series of Poker, high-roller cash games at the Bellagio and Aria, and video-poker events at the South Point Hotel Casino attract players who value privacy, speed, and comfort.
NetJets specializes in fractional ownership, where customers buy a share of an aircraft and gain access to a centrally managed fleet. This model differs from charter, jet-card, or membership programs offered by competitors such as VistaJet, Wheels Up, and Jet Linx. In 2024, NetJets accounted for more than two-thirds of U.S. fractional-flight activity, according to WINGX data reported by SherpaReport. Flexjet captured roughly one-quarter, while PlaneSense and AirSprint serve smaller niches. For high-stakes poker players, fractional ownership provides predictable access to private jets without the overhead of full aircraft ownership.
The Las Vegas terminal is part of a broader expansion of NetJets-only facilities across the U.S. The company has announced a new terminal complex at Dallas Love Field, scheduled to open in late 2028, and a dedicated space at Washington Dulles, where construction begins in early 2027. A new terminal and hangar at Rifle Garfield County Airport in Colorado is expected by early 2027, and NetJets is moving to a larger exclusive-use terminal in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Dallas, Dulles, and Palm Beach projects involve Signature Aviation; the Rifle facility is being developed with Vantage Aviation.
NetJets president Patrick Gallagher said in a statement: “We invest where our owners want to be, and we build experiences worthy of how they travel. Las Vegas’ position as a global destination for premier sporting events, world-class entertainment, and luxury hospitality drives significant surges in owner travel throughout the year.”
For video-poker and poker players, the new terminal means faster, more private travel to Las Vegas. Players who use NetJets can arrive and depart without navigating the main terminal crowds, security lines, or baggage carousels. The private airside gate allows seamless transfer from vehicle to aircraft, reducing travel time and exposure. This is especially valuable during major poker events, when commercial flights are crowded and schedules are tight.
The terminal also underscores a broader trend: luxury travel infrastructure is adapting to the needs of high-net-worth individuals who combine gaming with other business or leisure activities. Las Vegas remains the primary destination for serious poker players in the U.S., and dedicated private aviation facilities make it easier to maintain a regular schedule of tournament visits, cash-game sessions, and video-poker play.
Travelers considering fractional ownership should weigh the costs and commitment. NetJets requires a purchase of shares in an aircraft, with ongoing monthly management fees and hourly operating costs. The company also offers jet cards and leases, though fractional ownership remains its core product. For players who fly to Las Vegas more than a few times a year, the convenience of a dedicated terminal and guaranteed aircraft availability may justify the expense.
